At Wildflower, we’ve never been ones for the traditional heavy, spiced Christmas drinks that belong beside a fireplace in a snow globe. We’re Australian. Our Christmas looks a little different - sun on the pavement, long lunches that start at noon and somehow roll past dinner, backyard cricket, seafood platters, and that one relative who always falls asleep in a chair by 4pm.
So we set out to bottle that kind of Christmas.
What’s Inside the Gin
Gin’gle Bells is distilled with a simple but perfectly balanced load of botanicals: juniper, orange peel, cassia, star anise and raisins. Think bright citrus out front, a whisper of Christmas spice in the background, and a smooth, summery finish that feels right at home on the Gold Coast in December.
It’s festive without being a liquid fruitcake, and it still tastes unmistakably like gin - just the way we like it.

Hot Christmases call for cold drinks, so we’ve created a cocktail to match. The Gin’gle Bells Spritz is light, sparkling and sunshine-ready. It’s built for relaxed entertaining – the kind of drink you can sip over stories, seafood and a long afternoon with friends.
