This quarter, the Wildflower Reserve Subscription brings a crisp little twist to the glass with the release of Green Apple Gin. Built on a classic London Dry Gin and lifted with bright green apple flavour, this gin is fresh, playful and just the right amount of cheeky. It takes the clean structure of a traditional gin and gives it a sharp, juicy snap that feels instantly familiar, but unmistakably Wildflower.
On the nose, Green Apple Gin opens with the unmistakable freshness of Granny Smith apple: crisp, tart and lightly sweet. Beneath that bright apple lift, the London Dry base brings classic juniper character, giving the gin its clean botanical backbone. Citrus adds a zesty brightness, helping the apple feel lively and refreshing rather than heavy or sugary.
The first sip is fresh and vibrant, with green apple leading the way before settling into the dry, structured shape of the gin. There’s a lovely tartness through the palate, enough to give it energy and bite, without tipping too far into sourness. The apple brings fun and fruit-forward charm, while the juniper and citrus keep everything balanced, clean and grown-up.
The finish is crisp and moreish, with lingering apple skin, soft citrus and a dry juniper edge. It’s bright without being sweet, playful without being silly, and perfect for those who enjoy a gin with a little personality. The result is a spirit that feels refreshing, polished and very easy to enjoy.
Green Apple Gin is delicious in a classic G&T with a slice of fresh green apple, or shaken into a Wildflower Appletini for something sharp, elegant and a little bit nostalgic.
