A Classic Wildflower Twist with Tart Meets Spice
We start with our beloved Wildflower Signature base -think juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, and that signature backyard-honey sweetness—and then carefully layer in locally sourced rhubarb and freshly peeled ginger. The result? A gin that marries tangy fruitiness with a mellow, warming bite.
On the nose, you’ll notice that bright rhubarb brightness right up front, grounded by a soft undercurrent of gingery warmth. On the palate, it’s a balanced dance of tart and spice, cut with floral sweetness and botanical depth.
How to Enjoy the Magic

On its own: Lovely neat with a single ice cube to let the layers unfold.

With tonic: Serve over ice in a Highball, topped with tonic and a delicate rhubarb ribbon or a sliver of fresh ginger for a fresh twist on your G&T.

Cocktail-style: Try shaking 60 ml of our Rhubarb & Ginger Gin with 25 ml of elderflower liqueur and a squeeze of lemon, then pour into a chilled coupe for something tangy, floral, and utterly irresistible.
