This quarter’s Wildflower Reserve release is bright, bold, and buzzing with citrus. Meet our latest small-batch sensation: Yuzu & Sansho Gin.

Crafted exclusively for our Gin Club members, this seasonal special is inspired by the punchy, palate-tingling flavours of Japanese yuzu and the warming spice of sansho pepper. It’s a crisp, citrus-forward gin that’s anything but ordinary—think bright lemon zest meets a gentle peppery tingle, with just a whisper of backyard honey sweetness tying it all together.

What’s inside the bottle?
We’ve kept our core Wildflower Signature base—juniper berries, angelica root, and orris root—and added fresh yuzu peel, zippy ginger, and a touch of sansho pepper for that signature citrus-meets-spice hit. It’s layered, complex, and ridiculously sippable.

On the nose, it’s all about zesty brightness with a hint of floral spice. On the palate, expect waves of sharp citrus, balanced by the tingling warmth of sansho and rounded out with a soft botanical sweetness.

It’s perfect in a highball with soda and a slice of grapefruit, or as the base for our cocktail of the quarter: The Burleigh Breeze—a zingy, tropical number featuring pineapple, lemon, and a cheeky splash of chilli.
