Wildflower Oak Gin Balls Recipe

White choc ingredients:

  • 2 packets White Choc TIM TAMS
  • 3 cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 395g can Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Wildflower Oak Gin
  • Milk Choc ingredients:
  • 2 packets Milk Choc TIM TAMS
  • 2 cups Hazelnut Meal
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Wildflower Oak Gin
  • Decorative Ingredients:
  • Melted Milk Choc Bits
  • Melted White Choc Bits
  • Sprinkles or coconut

Method (White Choc):

  1. In a Thermomix bowl or blender, place 2 packets of TIM TAM's and then blend.
  2. Add coconut, condensed milk, Wildflower Oak Gin and then blend.
  3. Pour into a bowl & chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Once Firm, roll into balls and decorate!
  5. Keep chilled at all times.
Method (Milk Choc):
