Sloe Good It Hurts

This quarter’s release is rich, ruby-red and just a little bit cheeky. Built on our Signature London Dry Gin and steeped with sloe berries, it brings together classic juniper structure, warm spice and a deep berry character that feels lush, tart and unmistakably Wildflower.

On the nose, sloe berries lead with notes of ripe plum, dark cherry and tart red fruit. Beneath it, the London Dry base gives the gin its backbone, with juniper bringing a clean piney lift, lemon peel adding brightness, and cassia and cardamom giving a gentle warmth.

The palate opens juicy and rounded, with red berries and soft plum at the front before settling into the dry, botanical shape of the gin. It has a lovely tartness without being sour, and a fruitiness that feels rich rather than sugary. The sloe brings colour, depth and a little mischief, while the gin keeps it balanced, smooth and grown-up.

The finish is lingering and velvety, with dark fruit, citrus peel, gentle spice and a dry juniper edge. It’s sweet, but not innocent. Tart, but not trouble. Fruity, flirty and perfect for anyone who likes their gin with a little drama.

Serve it neat over ice, lengthened with soda, or shaken into a Sloe Gin Sour for something silky, sharp and dangerously easy to enjoy.
